Dual Credit

Students who would like to take Bow Valley College or SAIT college courses while they are still in high school, can register for courses through the Guidance Counsellor at the home school.

Students receive credits both on the high school transcript as well as on a post-secondary transcript. Sessions are Fall (September) and Winter (February).

Courses are fully online other than an orientation session that may be either online or in person on the campus.

Books are purchased through the home school at no cost to the student.

Transportation is the responsibility of the parent/student.

We give youth a head start in their post-secondary journey by partnering with school boards and industry to offer dual-credit programming. Designed for students in Grades 11 and 12, these programs allow students to graduate with their high school diploma as well as a post-secondary credential or course credits.
