Leadership Academy
The Rocky View Leadership Academy (RVLA) offers a full-year 5 credit course for RVS students in grades 10, 11, and 12. The course provides intensive leadership training in monthly full-day workshops throughout the year; it is designed to connect students from across the division to develop their servant leadership capacity for application in a variety of contexts – school, family, work, sports, or in any other organizations of which they are a part. Students explore the most recent academic research on leadership and organizational culture and have the opportunity to learn from the expertise of practicing leaders through customized guest expert sessions or field visits.
